Brazilcartoon is one of the best sites about cartoons, caricatures, short comics,..., etc...It is a reference for us, lovers of the drawings...There you can find other cartunists, his arts, informations about contests around the world, etc...The great cartunist, Márcio Leite, is the mind behind the Brazilcartoon. Dwight David "Ike" Eisenhower (1.890 - 1.969) was a five-star general and the 34th President of USA...During the World War II, he was the Supreme Commander of Allied Forces in Europe...The invasion of France from the front West had his supervision...The sketch, which is what matters here, I chose by the interesting head format...Then, this is my version of General five-star Eisenhower...

Dwight David "Ike" Eisenhower (1.890 - 1.969) foi um General cinco estrelas e o 34º Presidente Americano...Durante a 2ª Guerra Mundial, ele foi o Supremo Comandante das Forças Aliadas na Europa...A invasão da França do front Oeste teve sua supervisão...O esboço, que é o que interessa aqui, eu escolhi pelo interessante formato da cabeça...Então, esse é a minha versão do General cinco estrelas Eisenhower...

A reign threatened...

Pelé doesn´t need to be presented...He was the greatest soccer player for all times. Pelé played a lot of time by Santos Futebol Clube. The tradition about the number 10 in the team is big...Nowadays, a young soccer player called Paulo Henrique Lima or simply Goose (his nickname), has become an important piece in the same team and in the Brazilian Soccer Team. Goose has great hability and the comparisons has been frequent. This artwork I did to the Piracicaba Humor Contest...I hope you enjoy it and the Mr. Pelé too...It´s a joke...

Pelé não precisa ser apresentado...Ele foi o maior jogador de futebol de todos os tempos. Pelé jogou muito tempo pelo Santos Futebol Clube. A tradição sobre o número 10 na equipe é grande...Hoje em dia, um jovem jogador de futebol chamado Paulo Henrique Lima ou simplesmente Goose (seu apelido), tornou-se uma importante peça no mesmo time e na Seleção Brasileira. Ganso tem grande habilidade e as comparações tem sido freqüentes. Esta charge eu fiz para o Salão de Humor de Piracicaba...Espero que vocês gostem e o Sr. Pelé também...É uma piada...

I came back...

Here I am again...I came back...The vacations were great times...I´m a little tired, but satisfied...I love USA...I´d like to share with you some moments...This week I´ll restart my professional life and the drawings too...I hope meet a lot of people here again...Like a friend use to say: "...The show must go on..."

Aqui estou eu de novo...Voltei...As férias foram fantásticas...Estou um pouco cansado, mas satisfeito...Eu adoro os Estados Unidos...Eu gostaria de compartilhar com vocês alguns momentos...Essa semana eu reiniciarei minha vida profissional e os desenhos também...Eu espero encontrar muitas pessoas aqui novamente...Como um amigo costuma dizer: "...O show deve continuar..."

Ronaldinho Gaúcho is a great soccer player...Perhaps a tactical function problem, but he didn´t play in the Brazilian Soccer Team like in Paris Saint-Germain or Barcelona...No matters...The caricaturist around the world love to have him like inspiration...I´m not different...hahaha !!!

International Dinosaur Illustration Contest - CIID 2,011 - Part II

The Triceratops´s skull was my second work to the contest...I love Dinosaurs, but I don´t have any knowledge about them...The scientific knowledge, I want to say...This was a good opportunity to research about dinosaurs´s species and learn too...In the life, we are students from the first until the last day...

O Crânio do Triceratops foi o meu segundo trabalho para o concurso...Eu adoro Dinossauros, mas eu não tenho qualquer conhecimento sobre eles...O conhecimento científico, eu quero dizer...Essa foi uma boa oportunidade para pesquisar sobre as espécies de dinossauros e aprender também...Na vida, nós somos alunos do primeiro ao último dia...

International Dinosaur Illustration Contest - CIID 2,011 - Part I

This year the Lourinhã Museum from Portugal lead the 7th Edition of International Dinosaur Illustration Contest - CIID 2,011. I´m not an expert in the subject, but I did two illustration to the contest...I chose a Velociraptor´s skull as one of these works, then I couldn´t fail to show here. I hoje you enjoy it.

Esse ano o Museu da Lourinhã promoveu a 7ª edição do Concurso Internacional de Ilustração de Dinossauros - CIID 2.011. Eu não sou um expert no assunto, mas eu fiz duas ilustrações para o concurso...Eu escolhi um crânio de Velociraptor como um desses trabalhos, então eu não poderia deixar de mostrar aqui. Eu espero que vocês gostem.

Edgard Allan Poe was an American writer...He was best known for his tales of mistery and the macabre. I saw his picture and tried this quick sketch...The eyes and the format face (mainly the top of the head) seem me very interesting to explore in a caricature...Then, I´d like to present my version of Mr. Poe...
