Nickelback is a fantastic band from Canada. I love the Nickelback´s songs like "How You Remind Me", "Photograph", "Rockstar", "Leader Man", "Too Bad", "Someday",...,etc. The singer is Chad Kroeger. I tried a quick Chad´s sketch. Recently, Chad recorded an interesting song with the mexican guitar, Carlos Santana, called "Into the Night". Recentemente, eu li que Ozzy conseguiu, enfim, sua licença de motorista...!!! Portanto, cuidado !!! Agora Ozzy está livre para cantar e dirigir um carro também...

A day in a Dentist´s Life...

I´m not a specialist in cartoons. In fact, I prefer the caricatures. Sometimes I try to draw something for the cartoon contest, but this is a challenge for me. I sent this cartoon for an International Cartoon Contest in Israel...I´m waiting for the result. According to organizer, the "Holon Museum" will host an Exhibition in 2.010. I hope that my cartoon maybe selected.

Eu não sou um especialista em cartuns. Na verdade, eu prefiro caricaturas. As vezes eu tento desenhar alguma coisa para um salão, mas isso é um desafio para mim. Eu enviei esse cartum para um Salão Internacional em Israel...Eu estou esperando pelo resultado. De acrodo com o organizador, o Holon Museu apresentará essa exposição dos trabalhos em 2.010. Eu espero que o meu cartum possa ser selecionado.

Sir Mick Jagger

I love the Rolling Stones´s songs...In this blog there are some caricatures of the band, too. My first caricature selected for an International Humor Contest was a Rolling Stones member, Keith Richards...Now, I chose Mick Jagger to this art. I used watercolor pencil and color paper. In fact, this kind of work needs a lot of time to reach a good final result. Each work is a lesson for me...I liked !!! I hope the visitors can enjoy it also...!!!

Eu adoro as músicas dos Rolling Stones...Nesse blog existem algumas caricaturas da banda, também. Meu primeiro trabalho selecionado para um Salão Internacional de Humot foi uma caricatura de um membro dos Rolling Stones, Keith Richards...Agora, eu escolhi Mick Jagger para essa arte. Eu usei lápis de cor aquarelável e papel colorido. Na verdade, esse tipo de trabalho precisa de incansáveis horas para se alcançar um bom resultado final. Cada trabalho é uma lição para mim...Eu gostei !!! Eu espero que os visitantes desse blog também apreciem...!!!

Brazil is a big country of continental dimensions. Because this we have differents cultures from North to South...In the North, Belém city, there are lot of good cartoonists. The great JBosco live in Belém and he is a reference for any cartoonist. He is a Professor for me. His works were selected in the best humor contests around the world...I tried to draw him in this sketch. I hope that Prof. JBosco can enjoy it. This is my tribute for the great artist JBosco...!!!

O Brasil é um grande país de dimensões continentais. Por isso nós temos culturas diferentes de Norte a Sul...No Norte, na cidade de Belém, existem bons cartunistas. O grande JBosco vive em Belém e é uma referência para qualquer cartunista. Ele é um Professor para mim. No more Mr. Nice Guy

When I was a child, I remember of a video clip on TV where the singer comes from the Limousine, wearing a “white tuxedo” (Sorry, I don’t know if there is this term in English) and white hat on the head…He sang a song called “Elected”…This guy was Alice Cooper…Fantastic !!!
Since then, I love of Alice’s songs like: No more Mr. Nice Guy, Billion Dollar Babies, Clones, Poison, Lost in America, I´m Eighteen, etc…His trade mark is the extravagance...The snakes and darkness are some elements, but the essence is single.

Quando eu era criança, eu me lembro de um video clip na TV onde o cantor chegava numa Limousine, vestindo um "Smoking" e uma cartola brancos...Ele cantava uma música chamada "Elected"...Esse cara era Alice Cooper...Fantástico !!!
Desde então, eu adoro músicas de Alice como: No more Mr. Nice Guy, Billion Dollar Babies, Clones, Poison, Lost in America, I´m Eighteen, etc...Sua marca é a extravagância...As cobras e a escuridão são alguns elementos, mas a essência é única.

The Late Show

The Late Show is an interview program from CBS channel in US. The great David Letterman is an interviewer very smart and funny. Moreover, he has an interesting face to the caricature. His guests are VIPs like: the President Barack Obama, Bono Vox, Bill Cosby, etc...I´d like to watch the program alive from the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York. It would be a fantastic experience !!!

O Late Show é um programa de entrevista do canal CBS dos Estados Unidos. O grande David Letterman é um entrevistador muito inteligente e divertido. Além do mais, ele tem uma cara interessante para caricatura. Seus convidados são pessoas muito importantes e celebridades como: o Presidente Barack Obama, Bono Vox, Bill Cosby, etc...Eu gostaria imensamente poder assistir o programa ao vivo do Teatro Ed Sullivan em Nova York. Seria uma experiência fantástica !!!

2009 International Year of Astronomy

This year the theme to the International Cartoon Contest - Grand Prix "Marco Biassoni" (15th edition) from Italy was "Stars", because 2.009 is an important year to the Astronomy. I participated of the exhibition with the caricature of American Astronomer, Carl Edward Sagan. The exhibition could be visited from 17th - 25th October, Palazzo Broletto, Gallarate - Varese, Italy.

Esse ano o tema para o Salão Internacional - Grand Prix "Marco Biassoni" (15º Edição) da Itália foram "Estrelas", porque 2.009 é um importante ano para a Astronomia. Eu participei do salão com a caricatura do Astronômo Americano, Carl Edward Sagan. A mostra pôde ser visitada de 17 a 25 de Outubro no Palazzo Broletto, na cidade de Gallarate, província de Varese, na Itália.
